- Utilities invoices:
New contracts or Change the contracts for :
electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet, insurance (home insurance and rentals insurance) - Contact with the Condominium
- Municipality declaration for Extra UE persons.
- Assistance for openinig an Italian Bank account
EVERY YEAR :
- Contacting the accountant for taxes payment : IMU and, IRPEF
- Check and/or presentation of the utilities provider invoices (light, gas, water, telephone, internet, garbage …)
- Contract for home insurance, contact with the Broker
- Management and relations with the condominium administration
- Attendance at the condominium assembly with proxy by the owners
